Q.How are our Specialty Flavors selected each week?

A.Great question! We LOVE offering different flavor options for our Crumbl Fam! Each week we rotate out our 4 speciality cookies. Weekly flavors are selected months in advance by our COO and founder himself, Sawyer Hemsley! This careful and incredibly thoughtful selection is based on variation of flavors, customer request, ingredient availability and visual presentation!

Q.Where can I find Nutritional Information?

A.On the menu tab on our website, you can find a nutritional section where all of the nutritional labels for the weekly cookies are available.

Q.Refunds, Concerns and Feedback, where should I go?

A.We LOVE our Crumbl Customers. For any type of refunds - please contact your local store directly, they will be the only ones able to handle any type of refund. For concerns or other feedback - please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Assist team.

Q.Do you have Gluten Free/Vegan/Kosher options available?

A.Due to our open kitchen concept here at Crumbl and for the safety of our Crumbl customers, currently, we do not have plans for any Gluten Free, Vegan or Kosher options.

Q.What are my cookie ordering options?

A.We have many different options to get your hands on delicious cookies! We offer curbside pickup, delivery, in store purchase, shipping AND catering. Please note for catering orders and shipping, flavors will vary. To order, please download our App!

Q.Speaking of Shipping, what is our process?

A.We are so happy to bring our cookies into your home - despite the distance! Our shipping facility is located in Orem UT, where we ship all orders. Each cookie is air-tight sealed, to ensure quality freshness! (These cookies will remain fresh for 7-10 days) We’ve also included reheating instructions for the in-store freshness experience. Please note: Times suggested on our website are estimated. Due to high volume, shipping delays or other unforeseeable events - times may vary.

Q.How does your loyalty program work?

A.For every dollar spent at Crumbl - you will receive one Loyalty Crumb. Once 100 Loyalty Crumbs accumulate, they will be converted to 10 dollars worth of Crumbl Cash! This Crumbl Cash can be used in store or online.

Q.Who can I talk to about Collaboration Opportunities, Donations and Partnerships?

A.As mentioned - we LOVE our Crumbl community. For collaboration opportunities, local donations and partnerships, please contact your local store for more information.

Q.Tell me about the Curbside process.

A.We love offering our Crumbl customers the convenience of Curbside pickup. Once an order is placed, an “I’m here” button will be listed on your online receipt. Once you arrive and press this button, you will be placed in a queue based on order of arrival. Please keep in mind, we want all cookies received to be warm and fresh! Because of this, your cookies will be prepped and ready to go based on this queue time!

Q.What is our store Delivery radius?

A.Great question! We would love to deliver cookies to any address that is within 10 miles of our Crumbl storefront. Our app and website will indicate if your specific address is in range.
