The tradition, catered. Stack platters of this week's flavors and let guests graze all night instead of waiting on a cake cut.

White Glove Service, Store by Store

Every Crumbl store offers its own selection of white glove add-on services for an additional fee — things like delivery to your venue, setup on your dessert table, table service during the reception, and breakdown afterward. Ask your local store what they offer, and they will tell you exactly what is available on your date.

Wedding Catering FAQs

How many desserts do I need for a wedding?
Plan on one large dessert per guest if desserts are the main event, or two minis each for a cookie table where people graze. If you are also serving a cutting cake, most couples drop to about two thirds of a dessert per guest.
Does Crumbl deliver and set up at the venue?
Many stores do, as a white glove add-on service for an additional fee. Delivery, dessert table setup, table service, and breakdown vary by location, so ask your local store what they offer on your date.
What is the catering minimum?
Catering orders start at 50 desserts and grow in increments of 12, in catering boxes of either Mini or Large desserts.
Can I pick specific flavors for the wedding?
Yes. Choose from the weekly rotating menu, and your store may offer additional catering-only flavors. Because the menu rotates, confirm your lineup with your store close to the date.
How far in advance should I book wedding dessert catering?
Reach out as soon as you have a date and a rough guest count — a few weeks is plenty for most orders. For 1,000+ desserts or a peak wedding weekend, call your local store earlier.
Can Crumbl replace the wedding cake?
Plenty of couples do exactly that, keeping a small cutting cake for photos and serving desserts to everyone else. A cookie table scales more easily and gives guests a choice of flavors.
