A special shout out to this location and staff member Tia.  I ordered some cookies for a colleagues birthday today and upon delivery (Door Dash), you could immediately tell they had been dropped.  Although the best cookies, they are not cheap and the lack of care by the Door Dash driver was disheartening.

I called and explained what happened to staff member Tia, who not only ensured that I was delivered a new order free of charge, but she delivered them herself.  I was so impressed by the extra mile she went from both a customer service and a human perspective.  Thank you to Tia.  Crumbl Cookie Management - take notice of Tia. The ore cookie is perfect. You think it's going to be sickly sweet but it's not. Pricey but for a great cookie it's worth it.
